There are 3 options for searching for properties.
1. Click on "Buy a Home" towards the top of the homepage and use our advanced search options.
2. Use our "Quick Search" box on the upper right hand side of our web pages to search for properties.
3. Click on our "Featured Listings".

Click on "Sell a Home" or "My Account" to begin entering your new user registration information. Once you register, you will be able to select your listing plan and submit your payment. You will then have the opportunity to add your property information and photos to your listing. The yard signs will be delivered to your property address within 24 hours.

To make changes, you must first log in with your email and password by clicking on "My Account". Please remember that all login information is case sensitive. Once logged in, you can edit, add or change your property information.

Click on the "Modify Property" or "My Account". Click on "Forgotten Password?" You will be asked for the email address that was originally entered to become a member. This email address is case sensitive. Your log in information (username and password) will be sent via email to the address provided.

There are 2 ways to add photos to your property.
1. Adding your photos manually: Click on "My Account" and sign in with your username/password, select "Images" and upload your property photos.
2. Email your photos: You may email your photos to us: support@fsboanchorage.com
3. Send us your photos: You may send us your photos by mail to:

Click on "Add Company" under the "Service Directory" section on the right hand side. Begin filling out the company information. Our service directory listing is $149.00 a year. We have two payment options to choose from: credit card or check. Your service (company) will be added as soon as payment is received.

1. Read and accept the service agreement of the Anchorage Alaska MLS flat fee program.
2. Pay initial fee by selecting one of the MLS listing plans.
3. Call (907) 764-FSBO to schedule the MLS flat fee appointment with the real estate broker.
4. An additional $250.00 is due at the appointment with the real estate broker.

1. Call (907)764-FSBO to schedule and make initial payment of $149.00 for the Anchorage FSBO Legal paperwork assistance program meeting.
2. An additional $350.00 is due at the legal paperwork appointment with the real estate broker, the buyer and seller. This $350.00 fee may be paid by either the seller or any combination of the two.

All signage will be delivered in approximately 1-3 business days form the time of your property was listed on FsboAnchorage.com.

Most of the time these suspicious emails are from outside of the United States and should be immediately deleted. You may want to report these fraudulent emails to the authorities.
