How do I search for a property on FsboAnchorage.com?

There are 3 options for searching for properties.
1. Click on "Buy a Home" and view our listings or select "Search For a Home" on the same page.
2. Use our "Quick Search" box on the upper right hand side of our web pages to search for properties.
3. Click on our "Featured Listings".

How do I add my property to FsboAnchorage.com?

Click on "Sell a Home" or "My Account" to begin entering your new user registration information. Once you register, you will be able to select your listing plan and submit your payment. You will then have the opportunity to add your property information and photos to your listing. If applicable, the yard signs will be delivered to your property address within 24 hours.

How do I edit or modify my property?

To make changes, you must first log in with your email and password by clicking on "My Account". Please remember that all login information is case sensitive. Once logged in, you can edit, add or change your property information.

What if I forget my username or password?

Click on the "Modify Property" or "My Account". Click on "Forgotten Password?" You will be asked for the email address that was originally entered to become a member. This email address is case sensitive. Your log in information (username and password) will be sent via email to the address provided.

How do I add photos to my property?

There are 2 ways to add photos to your property.
1. Adding your photos manually: Click on "My Account" and sign in with your username/password, select "Images" and upload your property photos.
2. Email your photos: You may email your photos to us: support@fsboanchorage.com
3. Send us your photos: You may send us your photos by mail to:

We will scan and upload them at no charge.

How do I edit or modify my property?

How do I advertise my FsboAnchorage.com property in the newspaper?

You will need to provide the newspaper with a link to your FsboAnchorage.com AD along with your property listing ID# (example below):

How do I add a company to the services directory?

Click on "Add Company" under the "Service Directory" section on the right hand side. Begin filling out the company information. Our service directory listing is $149.00 a year. We have two payment options to choose from: credit card or check. Your service (company) will be added as soon as payment is received.

What is the Flat Fee MLS Plan?

Leverage the Alaska MLS to market your Anchorage property! We recommend trying for sale by owner first, but if for some reason it does not work out selling your property on your own this is the service we recommend.
Your home will be listed on the Alaska Multiple Listing service - AlaskaMLS (Alaskarealestate.com), Realtor (Realtor.com), and many other real estate websites.
List your property on the Alaska Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a flat fee, without the usual seller's commission of 1-3%, through For Sale By Owner Anchorage and our real estate partner brokerage firm starting at $299.
*Before listing your property on the Alaska MLS, please realize that you will be obligated to pay a commission of 1% to 3% to the real estate Agent / Licensee who is representing the buyer. If you find a buyer on your own without the use of a real estate agent / licensee you will not be obligated to pay the commission.

How do I sign up for the Flat Fee MLS Plan?

Click on "Sell a Home" on our FsboAnchorage.com. View the Anchorage Alaska MLS flat fee program details and service agreement and complete four easy steps:
1. Read and accept the service agreement of the Anchorage Alaska MLS flat fee program.
2. Pay initial fee by selecting one of the Flat Fee MLS Plans.
3. Call (907) 764-FSBO to schedule the Flat Fee MLS appointment with the real estate broker.
4. An additional $200.00 is due at the appointment with the real estate broker.

What is the FSBO contract write up program?

Already have a buyer that is interested in purchasing your home? Our FSBO contract write up program is an affordable solution to help. A real estate broker meets with the buyer and seller to write up the real estate contracts relating to: closing costs, appraisals, buyer/seller costs, purchase agreements, etc...
This service is offered for $649.00

How do I sign up for the FSBO contract write up program?

Become a member of FsboAnchroage.com by signing up for an account. Log into your account and select sell your home tab. Select the service and make initial payment of $299.00 for the Anchorage FSBO contract write up program meeting. An additional $350.00 is due at the contract write up paperwork appointment with the real estate broker, the buyer and seller. This $350.00 fee may be paid by either the seller or any combination of the two.

How and when do I receive my yard signs or supplies?

All signage will be delivered in approximately 1-3 business days form the time of your property was listed on FsboAnchorage.com.

What should I do about untrustworthy or scam emails?

Most of the time these suspicious emails are from outside of the United States and should be immediately deleted. You may want to report these fraudulent emails to the authorities.
