2.  Until Sold plan - $99 List your property on the site and FsboAlaska.com until told
3.   Premium Until Sold plan with Signs - $149 List your property as a featured listing on the site and FsboAlaska.com until it sells, yard signs delivered and picked up and free photo shoot of your property
4.  MLS (multiple listing service) Flat Fee plan - $299 List your property as a featured listing on the site and FsboAlaska.com until it sells, AlaskaRealEstate.com for six months, Realtor.com and many other web sites
5.  Platinum MLS Flat Fee package with Signs - $349 List your property on AlaskaRealEstate.com for six months, Realtor.com, as a featured listing on the site and FsboAlaska.com until it sells and many other web sites, yard signs delivered and picked up, free photo shoot of your property
6.  Until Sold plan with Legal Paperwork Assistance - $599 List your home as a featured listing on the site and FsboAlaska.com until it sells with legal paperwork assistance. *($249 initial payment + $350 due at paperwork appointment)
7.  Until Sold plan with Signs and Legal Paperwork Assistance - $649 List your home as a featured listing on the site and FsboAlaska.com until it sells, yard signs delivered and picked up, free photo shoot of your property and legal paperwork assistance. *($299 initial payment + $350 due at paperwork appointment)

All packages include listings placed on AnchorageList.com and CraigsList.org

Online listing instructions:
1. Review what's included in your listing.
2. Review our service agreement.
3. Click here to sign up as a member.  Already a member? Login to sell your home!
4. Specify a telephone number for your flyers to place in your flyer box in your user / member account (for sign plans).
5. Select one of our simple real estate marketing plans
6. Create your listing. You will be automatically directed to your property listing after signing into "My Account" to edit your listing and add photos.
7. Select a credit card payment method (paypal) and complete payment.
8. The for sale by owner yard signs will be delivered to your property listing address after the payment is complete. (optional) *Signs are not for keep and must be available to be picked up after use.  A fee of up to $100 will be charged if damaged, lost or not available for pick up.

If paying by mail, please mail your check or money order along with photos of your property to the address below and as soon as the payment is received, we will contact you via phone to add your listing and deliver the signs (if applicable) to the property address that you specify.
