How to Add a New Listing...

Free Until Sold Plan - List your property on the site absolutely free until sold.

Flat Fee MLS Plan - $299 List your property on the site until it sells, six month listing on the Alaska MLS website AlaskaRealEstate.com and Realtor.com®.

Contract Write Up and Review- $999 Licensed Realtor will provide and assist unrepresented seller and unrepresented buyer with State of Alaska Purchase and Sale Agreement, Disclosures, Counter Offers, and Amendments. One hour counseling session along with transaction checklist will be provided to both buyer and seller to ensure both parties understand and comply with terms of the agreed contract. Licensed Realtor will be available to answer questions throughout the transaction.

We accept payment by credit card, check and by phone.

Online listing instructions:
1. Review what's included in your listing.
2. Review our service agreement.
3. Click here to sign up as a member.  Already a member? Login to sell your home!
4. Specify a telephone number for your flyers to place in your flyer box in your user / member account (for sign plans).
5. Select one of our simple real estate marketing plans
6. Create your listing. You will be automatically directed to your property listing after signing into "My Account" to edit your listing and add photos.
7. Select a credit card payment method (paypal) and complete payment.
8. The for sale by owner yard signs will be delivered to your property listing address after the payment is complete. (optional) *Signs are not for keep and must be available to be picked up after use.

If paying by mail, please mail your check or money order along with photos of your property to the address below and as soon as the payment is received, we will contact you via phone to add your listing and deliver the signs (if applicable) to the property address that you specify.
